Title: St. Johns Bizarre and Parade 2009
Location: Downtown St. Johns Portland, OR.
Description: Now in its third year the Bizarre offers a “day before Mother’s Day market” with over 50 vendors, two music stages and a beer garden. The event will officially become a street fair this year. North Lombard Street, between North Richmond and North Baltimore avenues will be closed between 2pm and 8pm.

PARADE starts at noon till 2:00pm. The St. Johns Parade starts at the corner of North Lombard Street and Burr Avenue. The procession will make its way down to North New York Avenue, head down North Central Street, and then disband at the St. Johns Community Center. The parade will run approximately two hours.

At this year’s parade, the St. Johns Bachelor Club will be honored for their 100^th anniversary. There won’t be a Master of Ceremonies this year, but the Grand Marshall representing the Bachelors Club, Bill Flatner, aka Brother Hum, will be there to keep a watchful eye on the procession.

Parade Time: Noon – 2:00pm
